Get Some Sun is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your sunlight logs, settings, streaks, and other app data are stored locally on your device.
If you choose to grant permission, Get Some Sun can read your Time in Daylight data from Apple Health using HealthKit. This information is used only to display your sunlight progress inside the app. We do not upload or share your Health data.
If you grant location permission, your location is used to retrieve the current UV Index and sunlight information through Apple's WeatherKit service. Your location is not stored by us or linked to your identity.
We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics, such as app launches, feature usage, and interactions. These analytics help us improve the app. TelemetryDeck is privacy-focused and does not collect personally identifiable information or use your data for advertising.
Get Some Sun uses Apple's HealthKit and WeatherKit frameworks, and TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics. We do not sell your data or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
