1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Pantory, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Pantory is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The Apple Standard EULA governs your license to use the app:

3. Pantory Pro

Pantory may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase that unlock Pantory Pro features. Prices and available purchase options are shown in the app before purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew according to the terms shown by Apple unless canceled. Subscription management, cancellation, billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for the supported Pantory Pro entitlement associated with your Apple Account, subject to Apple's policies.

4. Product and Expiration Information

Pantory is an organizational tool. Expiration dates, quantities, categories, product information, reminders, and other information displayed by the app should be reviewed by you for accuracy.

Product information retrieved from Open Food Facts may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Pantory does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party product data.

Expiration reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for determining whether food is safe to consume. Always use appropriate food-safety guidance and your own judgment.

5. iCloud and Shared Pantries

Pantory may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to synchronize app data. Pantory Pro may also allow you to share pantry data with invited participants. You are responsible for choosing whom you invite and for understanding that accepted participants may be able to view, add, edit, or remove shared pantry data.

6. Privacy

Please review the Pantory Privacy Policy for information about how the app handles data, permissions, analytics, iCloud synchronization, and third-party services.

7. Availability and Changes

Features, third-party services, and product data may occasionally be unavailable or change over time. Pantory may be updated, modified, or discontinued as permitted by applicable law and Apple's platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pantory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate inventory information, missed notifications, unavailable third-party data, synchronization issues, or reliance on product or expiration information.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes become effective.
